About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services to patients across Senior Living Communities. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping seniors recover, enhance mobility, and maintain their independence through tailored physical therapy treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Evaluate physician’s referral and patient’s medical record.
- Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status using approved evaluation techniques, tests and observations, and participation in the development of the total plan of care.
- Evaluates the home environment
