About the role

We are seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in providing Geriatric House Calls™ in the community, delivering one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults with a focus on functional outcomes and promoting autonomous, clinically excellent interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults, focusing on functional outcomes
• Promote autonomous, clinically excellent interventions
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to advance patient health

Requirements

• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s)
• Possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Maintain current CPR certification
• Demonstrate basic computer skills
