Physical Therapist
About the role
As a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies
- Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
