About the role

The Physical Therapist provides skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, tailoring evaluation and treatment to individual needs and promoting patient independence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer therapy interventions to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and offer professional consultations
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and licensing requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited program
• Valid state license (Oregon or Washington) upon hire
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Occasional specialized training or experience may be required
