About the Role

Full-time Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Manage patient documentation within EMR systems
• Provide education tailored to individual patient needs
• Deliver patient-centered care
• Document treatments efficiently
• Contribute to a team dedicated to expanding access to transformative care and professional growth
• Manage a full caseload of 10-12 patients per day

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills
