Physical Therapist

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to patients, overseeing rehabilitation technicians, and supervising PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. The role requires adherence to departmental policies, standards of treatment, and organizational values. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with current licensure and BLS certification.Preferred experience of six months to one year, especially with adult and geriatric populations.Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and performing movements like bending, kneeling, and reaching.
