About the role

Elevate Your Physical Therapist Career with Us! Birch Creek Post Acute and Rehab has an opportunity to join the in-house therapy team at this 124-bed skilled nursing facility in Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to patients through physical therapy assessments and direct patient care.
• Assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Document assessments and treatments using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• CPR Certification.

Qualifications

• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).

Skills

• Compassionate and skilled in providing physical therapy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
