About the role

Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists — including new grads — to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
