About the role

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, offers a career path in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. We are seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists, including new graduates, who wish to earn competitive compensation, receive strong mentorship, and advance their careers.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a supportive team environment

• Continuously learn and grow through Upstream’s education and development programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
