Physical Therapist

Beacon Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality patient outcomes and therapist work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, and other conditions affecting mobility and function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Indiana Physical Therapist license or license eligibility
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
