About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Austin, TX (North Austin) is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time outpatient position. Hours vary Monday through Friday between 7am and 7pm. The clinic provides physical therapy services for a variety of orthopedic conditions including chronic, acute, post-operative care and sports rehabilitation in a thriving clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of clinicians to help patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promote continuous quality improvement
• Instruct and counsel patients/families as needed

Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required

Pay

Starting salary: $80,080 – $108,804.80, with compensation depending upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity.
