Physical Therapist

About the role

Float Physical Therapist providing outpatient coverage for Denton, Aubrey, Argyle, Flower Mound, Coppell, and Farmer's Branch. The role focuses on orthopedic case mix, covering vacations and overflow staffing, with a guaranteed 40‑hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Maintain an average patient case load of 10‑12 patients per day
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promote continuous quality improvement
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed

Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment (or as required by state regulations)

Pay

Salary range: $80,080.00 – $108,804.80 (compensation depends on years of experience)
