About the role

Provide 24/7 emergency care and ambulatory services to patients in need. Respond to urgent medical situations, perform initial assessments, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient conditions during emergencies
• Initiate appropriate treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic
• Experience in emergency and/or ambulatory care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
