We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our team in providing Geriatric House Calls™ in a community-based, 1:1 setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver autonomous, clinically-excellent physical therapy interventions aimed at improving functional outcomes for older adults.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state
- Degree from an accredited program
- Basic computer skills
- Current CPR certification
