About the role

Full-time outpatient position in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Prioritize care needs and provide appropriate interventions
• Document progress in line with professional and organizational standards
• Evaluate patient history, impairments, and functional status
• Recommend treatments, equipment, and education
• Ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Clinical Doctorate)
• Current New York State license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred: at least 1 year of experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
