About the Role

A compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout Middlesex County, NJ. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in home/community settings
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Help individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete timely documentation and progress notes

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
• Experience with IDD populations preferred (not required)
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
• Reliable transportation for community visits
