Responsibilities

• Supervises patients directly
• Oversees rehabilitation technicians
• Manages physical therapy assistants per State Practice Acts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Current or temporary state licensure
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations.

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
