Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Role: Under supervision, perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Provide direct supervision to patients and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts. Ensure treatment aligns with departmental policies, standards, and organizational values. Qualifications: Current state license in Physical Therapy, with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree. BLS certification is required before independent patient care. Preferred experience includes 6 months to 1 year in rehabilitation, especially with adult and geriatric populations. Key Duties: Conduct assessments, create and implement treatment programs, supervise staff, and deliver patient-centered care. Uphold organizational standards and promote a compassionate, collaborative environment.
