About the role

At Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy, clinicians lead the way and people always come first—our patients and our teams. We believe great care happens when PTs are trusted, supported, and aligned around shared values.

Why You’ll Love Practicing Here

Put People First: Competitive pay, individual bonus plan, and generous PTO that respects your life outside the clinic

Lead With Integrity: Transparent expectations, ethical care delivery, and leadership that understands clinical realities

Treat With Compassion: Realistic caseloads, individualized care plans, and time to truly connect with patients

Build Lasting Relationships: Strong collaboration within the clinic and meaningful connections with patients and referral partners

Additional Benefits You’ll Love

  • AGILE EMR built by Physical Therapists — less charting, more face‑to‑face care
  • Unlimited CEU budget + MedBridge access to support evidence‑based practice
  • Structured, customized mentorship — not a “figure it out on your own” culture
  • Clinical Leadership Pathway (CORE) for PTs who want to grow without leaving patient care
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
  • Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care
  • Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPMS
  • Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed (or license‑eligible) Physical Therapist
  • Commitment to patient‑first, integrity‑driven care
  • Compassionate mindset and desire to build long‑term patient relationships
  • Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

Balanced Expectations

We believe productivity should support great care—not compete with it. You’ll manage your schedule effectively while maintaining high‑quality, patient‑centered outcomes.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
  • Ability to lift or move patients as needed (Reasonable accommodations available)
