Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is a 113‑bed skilled nursing facility in Lynnwood, WA, offering around‑the‑clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. The community features an outdoor recreation area, patio garden, rehab gym, beauty/barber shop, library, pastoral support, and transportation services. Lynnwood provides an urban‑suburban mix with restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and highly regarded public schools.

Schedule

PRN position: 20 hours per week, available on all days.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for the state of Washington.
• Ability to conduct Physical Therapy assessments, provide direct patient care, and evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with PCC preferred but not required).
• Current CPR certification.
