Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy, evaluate and treat a diverse caseload
• Design individualized care plans to restore function and mobility
• Build and grow the clinic, mentoring staff and collaborating with referring providers
• Contribute to a patient-centered culture with strong clinical resources and administrative support
• Participate in leadership development, continuing education, and community health initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient therapy and patient assessment
• Leadership and mentorship abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
