Responsibilities

- Assist the PT in delivering therapy services and exercises to students. - Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings. - Collect and document student progress under PT supervision. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the therapy team to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom. - Prepare therapy materials and ensure a safe environment. - Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations under the direction of the PT.

Qualifications

- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. - Active PTA license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date). - School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required. - Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. - Passion for helping children achieve their functional and educational goals.
