Benchmark Therapies is seeking weekday Per Diem PTAs to join our team at the PA Soldiers' and Sailors' Home in Erie, PA. This is a unique opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care to the veterans who have served our country while being part of a supportive, relationship-centered therapy team.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized, high-quality physical therapy services
- Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
- A genuine appreciation for and interest in serving the veteran community
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- A positive, supportive approach to patient care

Pay Range
