Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | PRN & Full Time @ Senior Living Community

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
• Support residents in staying active, engaged, and as independent as possible
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate resident progress, needs, and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist and care team
• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support, ideas, and encouragement are shared

What You’ll Bring

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• An Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
