CVHCare, a leader in Home Health Clinical services headquartered in San Ramon, CA, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its Home Health Care Agency in San Ramon. This opportunity lets you work with an established leader in the California home health industry, putting your skills and imagination to work in a compassionate, team‑focused environment. Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior home health experience is required. The position is not remote – you will be on the road providing care. Interviews are conducted virtually and PPE is provided. Positions are available in Area 2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont) and/or Area 8 (Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington).
Requirements
- One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (desired)
- Entry level acceptable; no prior home health experience required
- Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Valid California driver license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Associate degree (preferred)
- Home health experience: 1 year (preferred)

Pay
Starting salary: $80,000 per year (based on full‑time schedule).
Schedule
- Part‑time options: 32 hours/week (24 RVEs/week) or 24 hours/week (18 RVEs/week)
- Per diem: 6 visits per week
- Non‑traditional schedules available (e.g., Thursday‑Monday)
- Standard shift: 8‑hour day shift, Monday to Friday with weekend availability
