Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time

About the role

A dynamic opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. We are seeking an experienced PTA who is passionate about patient care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing hands-on patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on therapist’s prescription
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Ensure all patient interactions are compassionate and professional

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong manual therapy skills
• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
