Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising PTs
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Document patient care activities accurately

Requirements

• Current PTA license in Texas
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about rehabilitation and patient care
