About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Oversee project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems in software applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases and data structures.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
