Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes and prototypes for usability testing
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are functional and accessible
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

• Experience with user research methods and usability testing

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines
