Responsibilities
- Assist patients in physical therapy exercises
- Help patients improve mobility and strength
- Collaborate with physical therapists to develop treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising PTs
Requirements
- Current PTA license in Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for rehabilitation and patient care
Skills
- Proficient in using medical equipment
- Knowledgeable in therapeutic modalities
