About the role
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lebanon, KY. The position offers a 4-5 day work week with a flexible schedule and a sign-on bonus of $2,000.
Responsibilities
- Perform direct care under the clinical supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to promote patient recovery
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Assistant license in state of employment
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
- One year of experience preferred
