About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage team resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology.
  • Monitor progress against plan, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of project risk management and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Skills

  • Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience with project portfolio management tools and systems.
  • Understanding of data analytics and its application in project management.
