Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage team resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology.
- Monitor progress against plan, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of project risk management and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Skills
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience with project portfolio management tools and systems.
- Understanding of data analytics and its application in project management.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
