About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Butler, KY Skilled Nursing Facility. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct care under the clinical supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist in patient assessments and treatment planning
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to promote patient recovery
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Assistant license in state of employment
• Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
• One year of experience preferred
