Care Inn Avir of LaGrange, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our stable, in-house therapy team.

We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents. The role offers opportunities to develop programs in wound care, gait, balance, skilled functional maintenance, and more. We provide ongoing training, career development, and ways to expand your therapy career within our growing organization. PRN schedules are also available.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to patients and residents
- Develop and implement programs in wound care, gait, balance, and skilled functional maintenance
- Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Valid Texas PTA License
