Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) FT | Golden Rehab

The Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide care to our diverse patient population at PAM Health. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy
• Working within the PAM Health System, which includes over 80 hospital locations and employs over 11,000 people
• Participating in the further development of physical therapy services
• Being flexible to meet the needs of the system within various facilities

Requirements

• PAT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification
• One year of clinical experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Successfully completed an accredited PTA program

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to the healthcare industry

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
