Physical Therapist Assistant | PTA

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Follow physician orders and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Illinois PTA license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
