Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Early Career
About the Role
At Woven Care, we’re a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We’re looking to hire clinicians who want to collaborate with a strong team and are ready to grow. To attract and retain this kind of team, we prioritize manageable caseloads, provide administrative task support, and offer mentorship, learning opportunities, and real career growth.
What Your Day Looks Like
You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA therapists, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. Expect 30-60 minute one-on-one sessions, strong client and caregiver relationships, and built-in documentation time, so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity rate of 75% of their day.
