About the role
Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions under the supervision of a licensed PT
Help kids with positioning, transfers, and mobility using gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, or other aids
Support the PT in implementing individualized treatment plans targeting strength, balance, coordination, and motor skills
Document progress, activities, and observations in our EMR with accuracy and care
Keep therapy spaces and equipment clean and safe
Show up for team meetings to collaborate on patient care and goal-setting

Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Texas PTA licensure
Experience with the pediatric population or a strong desire to specialize
Basic understanding of common childhood physical conditions and treatment strategies
