About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs for our patients.
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
