Job Summary

Professional Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boerne, TX. This role involves implementing individualized care plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement physical therapy treatment plans as established by the evaluating Physical Therapist.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities focusing on movement, performance, and long-term results.
  • Monitor and report patient progress or adverse responses to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Manage a daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for all patient encounters.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care.
  • Actively participate in continuous professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
  • Licensure: Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas (or eligible for licensure).
  • Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
