What You’ll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistImplement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventionsMonitor resident progress and response to treatmentCommunicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical TherapistComplete required daily documentation and treatment notesParticipate in resident care plans and interdisciplinary team meetingsProvide compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programCurrent PTA license in good standing requiredExperience working with the geriatric population preferredStrong communication, documentation, and teamwork skillsCommitment to providing quality resident care Why Join Horsham Center for Jewish Life?
