We're currently hiring full-time home health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in and around Cypress and Houston treating the adult and geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Pay

The visit rate for this role ranges from $48 - $55 per visit. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Schedule

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
