Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Pay

• Visit rate ranges from $45 - $52 per visit
• IHT PTA Clinical Excellence Bonus – earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity
