What you'll do

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someone's day!

What you'll need

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Compensation and benefits

• Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time
• Paid training and ongoing mentorship
• The visit rate for this role ranges from $50–55 per visit
• Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
