You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist and report to our Director of Rehabilitation. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Robust health and voluntary benefit options Employee referral bonus Flexible scheduling Continuing education opportunities Supportive work environment What You’ll Do Provide therapy to residents with musculoskeletal, neurological, balance, and gait needs Deliver treatment per the physician order and the supervising PT’s plan of care Document treatments, progress notes, and therapy records Manage resident treatment schedules and caseloads Flag caseload needs and resident screenings to the Director of Rehabilitation Follow infection control policies and OBRA Resident Rights guidelines Take part in facility meetings and required in-services What You Need Active PTA license in Indiana Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Comfortable working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Ready to make a difference?
