About the role

Physical Therapist Assistant position at Broad River Rehab’s Clifton Hills, OH (Cincinnati 45220) Skilled Nursing Facility. New graduates are welcome and a mentorship program is available for those new to the SNF setting. The PTA provides direct care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of employment
• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy

Pay

• Hourly rate: $28‑$34 per hour (offer based on experience and qualifying interview)
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions
• Premium PRN rate for consistent hours (15‑25 hours per week)

Schedule

• Full‑time: 4‑5 days per week
• Part‑time: 3‑5 days per week, 20‑25 hours per week
• PRN: 2‑4 days per week, 15‑25 hours per week, 1‑3 month assignment
