- The visit rate for this role ranges from $47 to $51 per visit
What You'll Do
Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What You'll Need
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Pay
Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Schedule
Final schedule is determined based on availability and patient needs.
