• Variety of Day and Weekend Shifts available for pickup

Job Description

Supports employee and patient safety during daily job activities.

Participates in community events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.

Implements individualized treatment plans based on physical therapy evaluations and through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.

Modifies treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments in consultation with physical therapist.

Collaborates with physical therapists to communicate discharge recommendations when maximum benefit has been achieved.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (Required)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement (Required)
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body (Required)
• Physical Therapy Assistant - TEMP (PTA-TEMP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body (Required)
