Physical Therapist Assistant PRN

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist.
• Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
• Develops and continues ongoing treatment plans.
• Aids in discharge planning.
• Contributes to case management.
• Maintains a positive level of interaction with patients and center staff.
• Adheres to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy assistant services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
