About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients specific to their individual needs and presentations
• Focus on each patient every visit, providing individualized attention and care
• Participate in the "Complete Care Initiative" intended to help patients fully recover for all the moments to come
• Work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting

Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Exercise, manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experience
• Current state of Virginia license or license eligible
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all your work goals
